London: Islamic Terrorist Attack on Westminster

An attacker – now named as 52-year-old Khalid Masood – killed two pedestrians and injured around 40 other people as he mowed down members of the public with a car on Westminster Bridge at about 2:40pm, before crashing into the railings in front of Parliament. Bursting through the gate to the Palace of Westminster, he stabbed unarmed Pc Keith Palmer, 48, before being shot dead by armed officers.

Understanding France’s New Populist Party, le Front National

The schism of pro- and anti-Front National is grounded less and less in political differences. Instead, the conflict increasingly takes the form of a sheer political polarity. For FN supporters, the immigrant is the figure that is undermining French culture, through his unwillingness to respect the ways things are done. Terror State Qatar Buys Chunk of Empire State Building

Qatar, the persian gulf state adjacent to Saudi Arabia which is one of the most significant funders of international islamic terrorism, recently purchased a 10% state in the Empire State building in New York City. Obama’s Parting Shot at Israel, the Last of Many

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, with whom President Obama has had an abrasive relationship since day one, has specifically accused Obama of engineering the recent anti-Israel resolution at the UN. If the United States had vetoed the resolution it would have failed, but its abstention allowed it to go into effect. It is significant that Obama waited till after the elections to push this resolution as is the fact that he felt he needed to push it at all.

Dutch Town Cancels Christmas Celebrations for Fear of Berlin-style Jihad Massacre

Timidity in the face of barbarity. We’ve seen this pattern increasing across Europe as the 2015 wave of massive Muslim immigration has led to jihadist attacks and fear of attacks. Here was a case not so much of a specific threat as it was the native Dutch citizens deciding they simply didn’t want their elementary school children to experience an atmosphere of unease during a town Christmas festival.
