Qatar, the persian gulf state adjacent to Saudi Arabia which is one of the most significant funders of international islamic terrorism, recently purchased a 10% state in the Empire State building in New York City. It’s bad enough that the U.S. government allowed that to happen in 2015, but even worse is its new (part) owner’s insistence that the islamic holiday Eid al-Fitr be celebrated by lighting the top of the building all in green (green being the universally recognized traditional color of Islam.) It may seem like nothing important to most Americans, but to Muslims and especially Arabs, for whom symbolism plays a profound role in culture and religion which few westerners appreciate, it is highly significant.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, with whom President Obama has had an abrasive relationship since day one, has specifically accused Obama of engineering the recent anti-Israel resolution at the UN. If the United States had vetoed the resolution it would have failed, but its abstention allowed it to go into effect. It is significant that Obama waited till after the elections to push this resolution as is the fact that he felt he needed to push it at all.
Caroline Glick of the Jerusalem Post discusses the peculiar threat that Iran poses today, not just to Israel but to the Middle East in general and the United States. Central to her thesis is the assertion that Hezbollah is not quite the same organization it was ten years ago.

So, many years after our official claims Wikileaks now confirm that Saudi Arabia and Qatar has been funding ISIS, proven through Clinton’s emails. But we’ll go a step further: Not only are they funding ISIS, but ISIS is the creation of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi government released prisoners to engage them as Jihadi fighters infiltrated into Syria, creating anti-government rallies pretending to protect for ‘democracy’ (Arab Spring) while all they wanted to do, was to turn local people against the government to create the perfect foundation to recruit jihad fighters. That’s how the conflict started in Syria.
When in the history of our republic has any United States AG ever declined to answer questions from Congress? “Pleading the Fifth [Amendment]”, which is American shorthand for invoking one’s right to remain silent as guaranteed by the Constitution, is normally only done in Congressional inquiries only by private citizens, usually those who have already woven a tangled web and have much to hide (Mafia leaders notoriously used this ploy often in the 20th century). Extremely rarely is this ploy used by government officials themselves, and never before has any Attorney General, the highest lawyer in land, refused to comply with congressional inquiries for information.
Leftists pretending to care about women’s rights, like Gloria Steinem, who defends Mohammad and Islam, might benefit from a closer look at what the Prophet actually taught about women, their intelligence, and their value as human beings.
